How does a rent-free refill work?
You buy the cylinder once (with a fully refundable deposit), then pay the gas-only price each time you refill or exchange it. There is no monthly rental, no contract and no environmental charge — bring the empty back whenever you like and the deposit is returned.
Do I exchange the bottle or get the same one back?
For most gases we exchange like-for-like — you get a full cylinder and we take your empty on the same delivery. The deposit follows the bottle, so you are never out of pocket.
How quickly can I get a refill?
In-stock orders are prepared quickly on working days. Delivery options and timing are shown at checkout based on your postcode — we run our own vehicles across Kent, East Sussex, South and Central London, and ship the rest of the UK via the Hazchem courier network.
Is the deposit really refundable?
Yes. The cylinder deposit is refundable in full whenever you return the bottle to us in a re-usable condition. You only ever pay for the gas.
